God, Goals, & Money Newsletter/5 Productivity Techniques to Try

After coaching thousands of entrepreneurs and real estate investors for the past 10 years, here is the biggest thing keeping people from achieving their goals:

Not being mindful of their productivity.
This includes about 4 big mistakes that 99% of people are making. But today we will focus on just 1 (I'll share #2 tomorrow):

Most really smart people get stuck because they focus too much on the what (too much education and information) not the how (how exactly will they incorporate what they learned into their everyday life and routine).

Here is what that looks like (raise your hand if any of this applies to you):
• You know how a particular business strategy works and what to do, but after years of knowing the info, you don't have none of it in place and your bank account is still lacking.
• Every day you work hard and really try your best but at the end of the day you're exhausted and somehow not much got done, leaving you defeated and hopeless.
• You worked really hard and stayed focused all day but you look up ad its 8pm, and youre not quite sure what you did for the day.
• You took a week off to focus on your business but, when you sat down to get stuff done, you're not really sure what you should be working on first
• You post on social media every day about your business (because that's what you're supposed to do right?) and you get 1 like per post. And no sales!

If any of this is you I have good news and bad news.

The bad news: Its going to take an identity shift to turn your situation around. Identity shifts can sometimes be a whole process taking weeks or months, but its has to be done…

The good news: here are 5 productivity hacks that you can start doing to help you make the identity shift:

1) Time Blocking: A productivity method where you allocate specific blocks of time to different tasks or activities, ensuring focused work periods and reducing multitasking.
2) Bullet Journaling: A customizable organizational system that uses bullet points and symbols to track tasks, events, and notes, promoting mindfulness and productivity.
3) Pomodoro Technique: A time management method that involves working in focused intervals (usually 25 minutes) called "Pomodoros," followed by short breaks to enhance concentration and efficiency.
4) Kanban: A visual project management tool that uses cards and boards to represent tasks and workflow stages, helping to visualize progress and manage work efficiently.
5) GGM method - I’ve actually developed my own productivity system that I’ve been teaching to all my cohort students and community members. It's a complete game changer! I'm toiling with the name “The GGM system” or something like that. “GGM” stands for “God, Goals, and Money”

“The GGM system” It takes a little from some of the techniques above but it's so much more. Soooo much more. It’s more of a system than a method..

I’ve been teaching it at the beginning of my cohorts (membership business cohort and my real estate CEO cohort) to ensure they achieve the goals that I promised them by the end of the program.

I dont play about my cohort promises. If i say you're gonna have a recurring revenue membership business at the end of 9 weeks, i mean it. YOU not goin hold ME back from helping you achieve YOUR goals...tuh.

Ill teach you all about it very soon...
